  • How does Get Test Keep work?

    Once we have received your application into the Get Test Keep Competition we will hold it until the product closes and a winner is selected at random.

    If you're chosen to become our ‘TESTER’ we will contact you via email personally, you will then need to confirm the details you registered with and any other details we need depending on the product. The product will then be sent to you on a pre-arranged date, Use it as much as you like, it's yours to keep, all we ask of you is to send us a review in return so we can publish your exciting or not so exciting findings.

  • Is Get Test Keep real?

    We can confirm that our winners are picked at random by our system, therefore it's an automatic system selection process, this ensures that every user has a completely equal chance of winning.

    Once you have completed your registration you will be asked sponsored questions while we check your application. When these questions have been answered you'll be put in with other testers that have registered. When the product closes we will draw a random tester.     How we can afford to offer all of these great prize draws free of charge, is by the help of our sponsors, these are third party clients who we offer the opportunity to advertise their products/services to our members, giving you the ability to opt-in to their promotions (if interested of course).

  • Where is my prize?

    We aim to deliver all prizes within 30 working days of them being claimed however on some occasions this is not always possible.

    If you claimed your prize more than 30 working days ago and have still not received your prize, please contact us through our contact form located under the "Can't find what your looking for?" tab

  • I have forgotten my password

    To reset your password, click on the link to Login. From here click the link ‘Forgot your password’ and enter your email address. Further instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you.

  • I no longer want to receive your emails.

    We are sorry you no longer wish to hear from us, you can update your email preferences by clicking on the ‘communication preferences’ link at the bottom of this page.

  • I am not receiving your emails

    Sometimes our emails will be in your junk/ spam folder. Please you check your junk emails folder and ensure offerx.co.uk is added to your safe-senders list.

  • What countries do you operate in?

    At present we operate in the UK, Australian, New Zealand and French markets, therefore you can sign-up and enter our competitions if you are within these areas. We are always looking to expand into other areas, so please do check back on our website every now and then.
